TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Eligibility and Entry:
The THX Customer Insight Survey incentive runs from 2nd December 2024 to 31st January 2025. Participation is limited to THX customers who are explicitly invited by a THX representative to complete the survey. Each invited customer who fully completes the survey will receive a £25 Amazon gift card.
Surveys must be submitted online between 2nd December 2024 and the 31st January 2025 to be eligible for the gift card. Participants must be aged 18 or over.
- Only one survey submission per individual is permitted. Multiple submissions or duplicate entries from the same individual will not result in additional gift cards.
- Submissions from individuals who are not explicitly Customers Invited by THX will not qualify for the gift card.
- To be eligible for the gift card, survey submissions must be Fully Completed and include accurate and complete contact details to facilitate gift card delivery.
Closing Date:
The survey must be completed by 11:59 PM on 31st January 2025. Submissions received after this time will not be eligible for the incentive.
Reward Distribution:
All Customers Invited who Fully Complete the survey and submit it within the entry period will receive a £25 Amazon gift card. Gift cards will be distributed within four (4) weeks of the survey closing date. No cash alternatives are available.
Exclusions:
- Employees of THX Ltd and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in this incentive.
- Only Customers Invited directly by THX are eligible. Entries forwarded to non-invited individuals will not qualify for the incentive.
Fraudulent Entries:
THX Ltd reserves the right to withhold the gift card if fraudulent activity is detected. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Multiple entries by the same individual.
- Submissions completed solely to receive the gift card without genuine engagement or thoughtful responses.
THX Ltd retains full discretion to disqualify any submissions deemed fraudulent or insincere.
Prize Delivery:
Gift cards will be delivered only within England, Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland. Participants are responsible for ensuring accurate delivery details are provided in the survey submission.
Legal Terms:
The incentive program is governed by English law, and participants agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Definitions of Key Terms:
- Customers Invited: A Customer Invited refers to a THX customer explicitly invited by a THX representative to complete the survey.
- Fully Completed: A Fully Completed survey contains thoughtful and complete responses to all questions, reflecting genuine engagement with the survey content.
Submissions determined by THX Ltd to lack genuine effort or sincerity may be disqualified from receiving the gift card.
